Five years ago when I launched this little collection of wallpaper, I had no idea that some of it would still be around now. Some designs come and go and are meant to have a short shelf life. But one of the first patterns I designed for my own company—Petal Pusher—has become a classic Oh Joy pattern and our best seller in the wallpaper category. We recently refreshed it with a few new color ways like blush and gold (so dreamy) and a more subtle whisper-like pearl (shown above).
And, it's also now available in a few of the classic colors at Anthropologie! Here's a look (below) at all the ways people have been designing their homes with the wallpaper...
A cool stairway by @alyssadkent.
A great dining room by @hunted_interior.
...and the beginnings of more to come by @inhonorofdesign.
Finally, a couple rooms designed by Emily Henderson include the dark grey version Petal Pusher behind an open bookshelf...
...and the classic cream and gold version used wall-to-wall in my own living room! My life was so different five years ago when I first drew this pattern. So when I see it around the web, it's this crazy-cool flashback of a time in my life that lives on in people's homes forever.
P.S. I love seeing these photos, so if you have our wallpaper, please share by tagging your photos on Instagram with #ohjoywallpaper.
